Most of my writing now lives on Substack. The NeueStack is my newsletter about the business of creativity, design and tech, and it is where new pieces go first.

I write about design, engineering and AI, and I am especially concerned with on-brand AI applications: how creative teams can use AI inside systems designed by humans, keep their standards and avoid the average. Stack choices, headless architecture, visual editing, email systems, deck generators, and the reasoning behind each of them.
